Tramore Taekwon-Do

Ambrose Murphy had the privilege of reconnecting with Jack Holden, a talented competitor and true gentleman who trained for many years at Tramore Taekwondo. Watching Jack grow from a young athlete into the impressive 6' 5" person he is today is a reminder of the passage of time and the impact of shared experiences. Training someone as a child and seeing them flourish into adulthood is a rewarding journey. Moments like these remind us to cherish every day and make the most of every training session.
