We extend our sympathy to the Condon and O’Farrell families on the recent passing of Nancy Condon (née: O’Farrell), Kilcooney, Ballinamult. Nancy was involved in many clubs in the parish including the Sliabh gCua Ladies Club and the Touraneena Badminton Club, for many decades. Nancy’s prowess on the Badminton court was second to none and even in her later years, she was still a very tough opponent on the court. Nancy was predeceased by her husband, Tom Condon, and will be missed by many. We extend our sincere sympathy to her son Tony, daughters Biddy (Kinnane), Margaret (Grace) and Mary (Hennessy), daughter-in-law Betty, sons-in-law John, Pat and Jim, nephew, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, great-great-grandchild, relatives and friends. Requiem Mass for Nancy was in St Mary’s Church, Touraneena, followed by burial afterwards in the adjoining cemetery. Ar dheis Dé go raibh a hanam dílis.
