County Waterford fire service advise public not to be alarmed by planned exercise

The Dungarvan Fire Service are advising the public not to be alarmed by their activity in the harbour on Friday, August 28.

In a post on social media, the fire service said it is due to take part in a joint exercise with Helvick Head RNLI and coast guard units from Bonmahon, Ardmore and Youghal.

The exercise is to take place at Dungarvan Harbour from 6:15 pm.

Rescue 117 may also make an appearance, but that it is all part of the plan.
