There’s been an outpouring of sadness and shock following the recent deaths of Allison Connors and her unborn child, Michael Anthony, of Ballybeg, Waterford.

Allison and her unborn baby boy passed away on Sunday, September 10.

People paid tribute to Allison and Michael Anthony in an online book of condolences, with their sudden loss felt deeply across Waterford and further afield.

One tribute described the impact their loss has had on the Ballybeg community. “Thinking of you all at this unbelievably sad time. Such sorrows are felt around Ballybeg. We’re keeping Allison’s family and her beloved daughters in our prayers and may God keep you all safe and strong. RIP Allison and your precious baby boy.” Allison is sorely missed by her beloved parents, Gerry and Diane, her two other children Molly Mae and Rubyanna, her brother Larry, sisters Mary and Theresa, her partner Mick and his family, brothers-in-law Paddy and Jimboy, sister-in-law Star, aunties and uncles, extended family and friends.

Allison will be reposing at Falconer’s Funeral Home, Riverstown, Tramore, on Friday, September 15, from 4.30pm to 7pm.

Allison’s funeral cortège will walk from 17 Clonard Park, Waterford city, on Saturday, September 16 at 11.45am, and the funeral will arrive for Requiem Mass at 12pm in St Saviour’s Church, Ballybeg, followed by burial immediately afterwards in Kilbarry Cemetery.
