Woman put stolen store goods into pram
The woman placed face cream and scrub, €54 worth of products, into a pram and left.
An incident of theft from Holland & Barrett in Waterford city was raised in Waterford Courthouse last week. The incident occurred on March 5.
Julianne Green (34), of 1 Fairgate, New Ross, County Wexford, entered the store with another person. Whilst in the store, she placed face cream and scrub, €54 worth of products, into a pram and left.
She was subsequently charged with Section 4 theft.
Green's defence counsel told the court that there were two female offenders on the day, but only his client was identified.
Judge John Cheatle asked that Ms. Green pay a donation to the court poor box before July 21. If she does so, she will be excused
