Waterford honoured at national Pride of Place awards
Tournore Court Residents Association with their runner's up award in the Urban Neighbourhoods and Housing Estates category.
Tournore Court Residents Association in Abbeyside, Dungarvan, who represented Waterford at this year’s Pride of Place Awards, have come runner-up in the Urban Neighbourhoods and Housing Estates category.
Pride of Place is an all-island competition celebrating the work of communities nationally.
Commending Tournore Court at last year’s Waterford finals, the judges said, “Tournore Court Residents Association amazed us with their innovative and impactful community initiatives. Their commitment to fostering neighbourly connections, environmental stewardship, and social interaction is evident in every project they undertake."
