Waterford Gardaí issue appeal for backpack owner

The Gardaí in Waterford are searching for the owner of a backpack containing some valuable items that was handed into the city station.
In an online post a spokesperson for the Gardaí said that on July 11, a black back pack with a number of items was handed into Waterford Garda Station.
'The backpack was found in the St John's Park area of the city,' said the Gardaí in their post.
The backpack contained a laptop, camera and digital games consoles.
If anyone recognises any of the items they are asked to contact the Property Management Section at Waterford Garda Station on 051 305306.
