Waterford council to offer schools de-icing salt this winter

Waterford City and County Council is to offer schools across the county de-icing salt to help keep footpaths and access roads safe this winter.
The council says they will deliver the salt to schools that have a suitable bunker or storage area available.
Schools interested in participating are asked to make a request with contact details by email to contact@waterfordcouncil.ie.
