Waterford City and County Council is implementing a new innovative program for workplace well-being in the Déise county.
A spokesperson said the local authority is inviting one company in Waterford to pilot a leadership and well-being program. The initiative is in partnership with Healthy Waterford, Waterford City & County Council, Dungarvan & West Waterford Chamber of Commerce and Waterford Chamber of Commerce.
"This is open to business who are members of the Chamber of Commerce in Waterford City and County," said the local authority.
Reset is a six-week leadership program designed to rebuild self-confidence, boost performance and cut the long-term costs of stress and burnout.
"This is not another surface-level wellness program," said the spokesperson.
"Reset helps people overcome the invisible force limiting their potential: a negative, conditioned self-image. When that changes, everything else follows."
One company will be selected to experience Reset firsthand, fully supported, guided and publicly recognised as a founding well-being leader in Waterford.
The deadline for application is July 21 and the programme will take place between September 15 and 22.
