Outdoor activity area and meeting hall is greenlit for scouts group
The 36th Waterford Tramore Bay Scout Group has been granted permission to construct a meeting hall and outdoor activity area at Riverstown in Tramore.
The approved meeting hall will have a stated height of 5.4m and a floor area of 162sqm.
The structure will accommodate a meeting hall, leaders room, toilets, kitchen and storage.
There are four car parking spaces to accommodate the development.
The project was granted permission subject to seven conditions by the local authority last week
(Funded by the Local Democracy Scheme)
