Operation Táirga leads to stolen property recovery in Waterford

The Gardaí in County Waterford recovered around €1,600 in stolen retail property over the weekend.
According to a post on the Gardaí's social media platform, members in Dungarvan recovered the stolen property over the weekend.
The members involved were part of the local Roads Policing Unit along with Community Engagement Gardaí.
They were all attached to Dungarvan Garda Station.
Operation Táirge is currently in place across Waterford County and City to detect and reduce retail thefts.
