Murder accused due to appear before Waterford court
Tomas Marvanek, age 39, was charged with murder.
Tomas Marvanek, a 39-year-old man accused of committing murder in Waterford city, made another appearance via video link to Waterford District Court this week.
The man, who has an address at Grange Heights, Waterford City, has been in custody since April 29 charged with the murder of mother-of-three Yveta Donovalova.
The court was told this week that the man must be produced to Waterford Courthouse in-person in the coming weeks. It is likely that on this appearance a book of evidence will be served.
This will be the first time he is produced in-person since his initial court appearance on April 30, one day after the alleged murder.
