Motorist caught driving 175km/h in Waterford city

While conducting a speed checkpoint at Waterford City, an Garda Siochana detected a driver travelling at 175km/hr in a 100km/hr zone.

A statement from a Garda spokesperson outlined that the driver was pulled over and arrested, and has now appeared before the courts.
