Man alleged to have bitten woman and her son

A man appeared in court last week who is alleged to have bitten his ex-partner and her son.
The man cannot be identified for legal reasons.
Gardaí were contacted just past midnight on January 12, 2026. The alleged injured party said she was assaulted by her ex-partner. She said that the man bit her and her son.
Bite marks were observed on both parties.

The matter will return to Waterford District Court in July.
