Metropolitan Mayor of Waterford Cllr. Adam Wyse visited a number of schools around Waterford recently for what is an annual initiative.

He was warmly received and his visits caused great excitement in the various schools. Waterford News & Star photographer, Joe Evans was there to capture images from the visits.

A second volume in the series will also be officially launched in Waterford Book Centre tomorrow evening, Wednesday, November 19, at 6pm alongside the launch of Waterford News & Star's Christmas annual, Festive Star.
