Gardaí issue warning after a busy week for drink driving arrests in Waterford
Gardaí are urging people not to take the risk of drinking and driving and find alternative ways home.
Waterford gardaí have arrested seven people for drink driving over the last week.
A spokesperson for the local gardaí issued this advice for those out on the town.
“We would like to urge people not to take that risk, arrange a lift home (2) Have a designated driver (3) Share a taxi or (4) utilise local links,” said the spokesperson.
