Gardaí issue appeal for Waterford woman who is wanted on warrant 

Gardaí at Waterford Garda Station are seeking the public’s assistance in locating 26-year-old Joanne Ragher.

An appeal for the woman was broadcast in this month’s episode of RTÉ’s Crimecall.

She is described at being 5ft 11” in height with long blonde hair.

She is previously known to have lived in Johnstown, Waterford and St. Anne’s Terrace, Shortcourse, Waterford.
