Funeral details announced for Waterford cyclist who died in France

The funeral of Waterford cyclist Tomás Walsh will take place tomorrow, Saturday August 9th at 12:00 noon in St. Nicholas Church, Faithlegg, Co. Waterford.

The 25-year-old died suddenly while he was in France to watch the Tour de France.

Tomás is predeceased by his grandparents Edward and Tom and his aunt Margaret.

He will be forever missed but always remembered by his heartbroken parents Frank and Bernie and his sisters Caoimhe and Bróna. Will be sadly missed by his grand parents Chrissie and Joan, his niece Molly, Caoimhe's partner Paul, his aunts, uncles, cousins and his many, many friends especially those in the Comeragh Cycling Club.
