From the Archive: Ballybeg Family Fun Day in and school attendance certs at St. Paul's Community College in '94 and more images from Waterford's past

Staff photographer, Joe Evans, is going to look back through the archives of Waterford News & Star to compile galleries of photos from Waterford's past.
Photos will also appear in the forthcoming print edition of the newspaper.
