Exciting news for Local Link Waterford users with updated route announced

Local Link Waterford have announced that the proposed new bus stop in Ballinameela has been approved by Waterford County Council’s Active Travel Team. 

The 357 Dungarvan-Clashmore-Youghal service will be including Ballinameela as a stop from June 23.

As part of the implementation, Local Link Waterford will be making minor adjustments to existing timetables to ensure services do not overlap with peak school traffic times.

John Pratt, Chairperson of Local Link Waterford, expressed his enthusiasm for the project, saying,"We are delighted to see this initiative move forward and we thank the Active Travel Team for their support. The new stop in Ballinameela reflects our ongoing commitment to expanding accessible and sustainable transport options throughout County Waterford."
