Disqualified for drink driving in Waterford city
The judge handed down a one-year disqualification from driving.
A man has had his licence disqualified for driving whilst intoxicated in Waterford city.
Enzo Alescio (36), of Templars Hall, Waterford, pleaded guilty after being caught by gardaí driving at The Folly, Grange Lower in the city.
Gardaí observed the man driving erratically. A test was conducted and he was brought to Waterford Garda Station.
The man registered 37mg of alcohol per 100ml of breath.
He was charged with driving a mechanically propelled vehicle while exceeding alcohol limits.
The judge handed down a one-year disqualification from driving.
