Columbarium planned for County Waterford

A columbarium is being planned at the new Abbeyside, Ballinroad and Garranbane Graveyard in County Waterford.

A columbarium is a structure designed to hold the cremated remains of the deceased in urns.

Fr. Ned Hassett, on behalf of Waterford and Lismore Diocese, submitted the planning application recently to the local authority.
