Award-winning Waterford band to perform at Fleadh Cheoil Monster Céilí event

Waterford's Taobh na Mara Céilí Band will take to the stage in Wexford this evening at Fleadh Cheoil na hÉireann to entertain the crowd during the Monster Céilí event. 

The Fleadh kicked off officially on Sunday, August 4, however this weekend as the competitions begin, many will travel from the Déise to compete at the national event, while also enjoying a range of entertainment. 

Taobh na Mara, and Pipers Cross, will play the Monster Céilí at the Wexford Credit Union Dome in Clonard, this evening, Friday, August 9 at 8pm. 

Tickets for the event are €20. 

The talented Céilí band were delighted to win the senior céilí band competition in Mullingar in 2022 and take the Dal gCais down to The Déise for the first time in history. The band has just finished recording their debut album and more information about upcoming events is available here.
