50th anniversary class reunion to take place in Waterford
The school reunion is being planned for September
Former pupils of Sacred Heart of Mary Convent, in Ferrybank, Waterford are planning to 50th anniversary reunion event and the call has gone out to spread the word.
The class of 1975 will celebrate the milestone event later this year with a reunion gathering event being planned for September.
One of those involved commented: "The class of 1975 at Sacred Heart of Mary Convent, Ferrybank, is preparing to celebrate its 50th Anniversary and if you were part of the class, or were due to leave in 1975, we’d love to hear from you."
While plans are at an early stage the gathering event in September is being considered at the moment.
Anyone who was part of the class or who knows of others who were in the class or due to leave in 1975, and who might not be aware of the planned reunion, are asked to make contact with the organisers.

One of those involved in the plan said: "Let’s reconnect and celebrate this special milestone together."
