BREATHE -The Pink Floyd Experience
Waterford audiences are in for a treat this September, with everything from powerful drama and theatrical storytelling to iconic rock music and festivals on the way.
Waterford Harvest Festival will take place from September 4 to 6.
The festival programme will bring a packed weekend of food, drink, music and family-friendly entertainment to the city.
Visitors can enjoy a food trail, cooking demonstrations, local producers, live performances, and more!
Theatre Royal Waterford presents a rehearsed reading of 'Genesis', a new play by Waterford writer Niamh Fennessy. Performed by a local cast, the play explores obsession, desire and memory while examining the enduring influence of Catholicism on modern Ireland.
Rough Magic and Kilkenny Arts Festival present What Are You Afraid Of?, a funny and moving new work by actor Peter Hanly. The production explores fear, resilience and self-discovery through Hanly's own experience of overcoming stage fright and returning to the stage.
It will be staged in Theatre Royal, Waterford, on September 15 and 16, at 8pm.
Tickets are priced €28.50.
Pink Floyd fans can expect an immersive evening of classic hits as Breathe brings its new show, Dark Side, to Waterford. Featuring soaring guitars, atmospheric soundscapes and stunning visuals, the tribute celebrates five decades of Floyd's legendary music.
The show will take place in the Theatre Royal on September 19, at 8pm.
Tickets are priced €37.
Irish folk star Dan McCabe brings his acclaimed live show to Waterford this September. Known for his powerful vocals and blend of traditional Irish ballads and contemporary folk, McCabe has become one of Ireland's most popular performers following a string of sold-out tours and chart-topping releases.
The gig will take place on September 25, at 8pm with tickets priced €42.50
