For more than 50 years, FDC Group has served families, businesses and individuals across Ireland through a suite of in-house services, including accountancy,[DD1.1] taxation, financial services, agri consultancy and business advisory expertise. While the organisation has grown into a nationwide network spanning 53 offices, its success continues to be built on their people-centric, local-first approach.

FDC's Southeast region boasts a significant network of offices with locations in Dungarvan, Lismore, 2 locations in Waterford City, Wexford, New Ross, Kilkenny and Carrick an Suir. Here, the collection of long-established offices combines local knowledge with the resources of a national organisation.

The region reflects the diversity of the communities it supports. While agriculture remains a cornerstone of many offices, client bases have evolved significantly to include a broad mix of entrepreneurs, SMEs, professionals, tradespeople and growing companies.

In Lismore, a three-person team with more than 65 years of combined experience continues to build upon relationships that stretch across multiple generations of local families. Based on Main Street since relocating from Dungarvan in 2010, the office serves approximately 300 clients and remains a familiar and accessible presence within the community. Its strong agricultural client base sits alongside a diverse range of businesses, from hospitality and haulage to health and wellness services.

Further west, Dungarvan has supported the local community for more than 4 decades. The office has evolved significantly in recent years, adopting a more integrated and collaborative operating model while continuing to provide accountancy, financial services, taxation and business support. Today, its client mix reflects the changing local economy, with business clients now representing a majority of the portfolio alongside a strong farming sector presence.

In Carrick-on-Suir, FDC's long-standing presence stretches back over 40 years. Located in the heart of the town on Castle Street, the office serves communities across South Tipperary, Waterford and neighbouring counties. Agriculture remains the dominant sector, but the office also supports a broad range of local businesses. A strong emphasis on face-to-face interaction and accessibility continues to underpin its client relationships.

Kilkenny similarly combines heritage and growth. Serving the local community since approximately 1980 and part of FDC since 2015, the office supports around 400 recurring clients. While farming remains central to the practice, the client base has diversified considerably in recent years. With exceptional internal talent offering advice across a range of services, FDC clients in Kilkenny experience the intrinsic sense of loyalty for which FDC is known. [DD2.1] The Southeast's strong urban presence is represented in Waterford. At 108 The Quay, FDC's Financial Services hub occupies a beautifully restored historic building overlooking the transformative North Quays development. Following a major refurbishment in 2024, the office continues to support clients across retirement planning, pensions, investments and protection, while also housing members of FDC's tax team. The location serves as an important regional centre for collaboration and specialist advice.

The other Waterford location (formerly Mark Kennedy and Co) adds further range to the region's capabilities. With roots extending back approximately 40 years, the practice joined FDC through acquisition and today serves between approximately 1,200 clients today.[DD3.1] Its experienced team supports a highly diverse portfolio spanning healthcare, construction, technology, professional services and agriculture.

Meanwhile, New Ross represents one of the newest additions to the network. Since joining FDC in 2022, the office has continued to grow while providing a full range of professional services to a broad mix of farming and business clients. The transition into the wider FDC Group has been smooth for both staff and clients, reinforcing the organisation's people-centred approach.

Across every Southeast office, a common theme runs true: trusted local advisers delivering expert advice within their local communities. FDC's Southeast teams continue to demonstrate the value of marrying local relationships with national expertise. It is this blended balance that remains at the centre of FDC Group's success and its ethos of unwavering commitment to the communities it serves.[DD4.1]
