RelateCare – Business of the Year, Waterford Chamber Awards

RelateCare, now part of Huron, a global professional services firm, is an Irish-founded healthcare organisation with operations in Waterford, Tralee, Ohio and Arkansas, Acquired by Huron in June 2026, RelateCare brings deep expertise in patient access, engagement and clinical support to Huron’s healthcare offerings, combining administrative support and clinical solutions to help healthcare organisations enhance the patient journey and giving clinical teams more time to focus on delivering quality patient care.

Founded in 2014 as a joint venture between Irish company Rigney Dolphin and the U.S.-based Cleveland Clinic, following a successful collaboration through an Enterprise Ireland initiative. Since then, the organisation has grown from a local start-up into an international organisation with more than 1,100 employees, including 600 in the Southeast. It’s teams in support healthcare organisations across international markets, with the U.S. playing a central role to its expansion. Every year, the organisation handles around ten million patient interactions for leading U.S. health systems, including four of the top twenty hospitals in America.

RelateCare’s service offerings help healthcare organisations transform the patient journey by applying best practices in patient access, care and navigation. Its model helps optimise patient engagement, allowing healthcare providers to dedicate more time to face-to-face and bedside care.

RelateCare employs registered nurses and health coaches who deliver critical virtual clinical programmes such as post-discharge follow-ups, smoking cessation, nurse triage, and ambulatory care nursing. RelateCare leverages cutting-edge technology infrastructure and a team of highly skilled professionals to provide an outstanding experience to patients worldwide.
