To be eligible to apply for Affordable Purchase Scheme, applicants must meet certain income, property and residency criteria and the minimum purchase price under the scheme for this development is €248,475 with a maximum equity stake of 23.55%. No interest is acrued and no repayments are required for the equity stake, for a maximum of 40 years.
