A dynamic business owner, qualified Life Coach and Mental Health and Well Being Coach, Áine McCarthy-Kent,from Tramore Co. Waterford, brings a wealth of experience of working with young people to the business.
After many years teaching Music in a Secondary School, Áine decided to combine her various skills by establishing Direct Your Direction, with a particular interest in helping young people find their path in life.
Her unique approach to communicating with the client is the use of various music tools where appropriate.
There are many road blocks and challenges facing young people.
Their resilience, confidence, self-belief, coping abilities, social skills and anxiety levels have been challenged post Covid 19 Pandemic.
Áine works with individuals to help them achieve their goals, overcome challenges or rebuild confidence.
A client would benefit most from coaching when they are willing to change some part of their lives to allow them move forward and achieve what they want to achieve.
