Waterford's Pet Paradise shines on the national stage with three major awards

Pet Paradise, located on 65 O'Connell Street, have walked away with three prestigious awards from the National Pet Awards.

Hosted recently at the Crown Plaza Hotel in Dublin, the awards celebrated excellence in the pet industry, highlighting the dedication and commitment of those working within the sector across the country.

Waterford’s own Pet Paradise, owned and managed by Waterford native, Laura Flynn, was nominated in five categories and delivered an outstanding performance, taking home three awards on the night.

The store won National Independent Pet Shop of the year, Pet Fashion and Accessories Retailer of the year, and Pet Store Receptionist of the Year, which was won by Laura herself.

Pet Paradise was absolutely thrilled to represent Waterford on the national stage.

The local independent store has built a reputation for excellence and friendly service, catering to dogs, cats, birds, small animals such as guinea pigs, hamsters, rabbits, and fish.

In addition to its extensive range of pet supplies, Pet Paradise also runs a doggie day care on the same premises.
