Annie Grant recently claimed the World Champion title in Irish dancing at the Gleneagle INEC, coming out on top against 160 other competitors.

Annie is the daughter of Fiona (nee Mullally) “Linden” and Ruairi Grant and granddaughter of Marie Grant, John and Clare Mullally.

Her journey began at seven in Ferrybank. With her parents' support, the family moved to London in 2015, joining the Tiersha Dance Academy under Aisling Fitzpatrick's guidance.

Annie has thanked her family, teacher, and devoted supporters, her "Feis groupies", including grandaunt Stella Noblett, and aunts Eimear Grant and Judith Mullally.
