Waterford Council conducting Affordable Housing Survey

The survey will be used to gauge need and interest in affordable housing across the city and county

Waterford City & County Council is currently conducting an Affordable Housing Survey which will be used to gauge need and interest in Affordable Housing across the city and county.

A local authority said the survey seeks information that will guide it, in particular the Housing Department, on affordability, eligibility, types of affordable housing, and locations, to best plan for future affordable housing developments.

The Council said the survey is a unique opportunity for the public to have their say and an input into affordable housing plans in their area. The public is encouraged to complete the survey as a bigger response rate will add value to the information collected. The survey can be accessed via the Waterford City and County Council website on the landing page and through the link at https://waterford.submit.com/show/325
