WATCH: Beloved postman retires in Waterford after a career spanning 45 years

Stephen stared his career back in 1980 at Sheriff Street and moved to Waterford in 2000 and has been delivering post to the Templar's Hall area for over 10 years. One of Waterford's most respected postmen retired recently after a career spanning back 45 years.
Stephen O’Brien's retirement marked the end of an era for the community in Waterford that he served and for the people who got to know him since he first arrived in the city 25 years ago.
