University Hospital Waterford appoint new Chief Executive Officer

Ben O'Sullivan has been appointed the new CEO of University Hospital Waterford.
A spokesperson for the HSE said they are delighted with the appointment.
"Ben has recently been appointed into a permanent CEO position in University Hospital Waterford (UHW), and we are delighted with this appointment.
"Ben has been skillfully leading the hospital for some time, and his appointment brings welcome stability and will allow UHW to continue to provide and further develop high-quality services," said the spokesperson.
Mr O'Sullivan had been the General Manager at the hospital since May 2023.
Previously, from October 2021, he served as Operations Manager at UHW.
