Knockmealdown Active has announced the return of the St. Declan’s Way Pilgrimage.
This guided walk offers a journey through history, breathtaking landscapes, and opportunities for reflection through this year’s theme of ‘Walk - Reflect – Revive’.
The pilgrimage takes guests through centuries of history through iconic landmarks such as the Rock of Cashel, Cahir Castle, and Mount Melleray Abbey.
Six guided stages are scheduled to take place from April 12 to May 25, covering over 120km total.
Walkers can choose to complete individual stages or the full six-stage pilgrimage experience.
Each stage costs €45, or €250 for all six. Participants receive guided walks, bus transfers, steward support, water stops, and refreshments in community halls.
