Soulsong supports community
Soulsong Gospel Community Choir's fundraising efforts were able to support a family with their child attend Barretstown Ireland.
The Soulsong Gospel Community Choir in Waterford City has thanked its supporters for contributing to its fundraising efforts having successfully supported a local family to attend Barretstown Ireland.
"We would like to thank you all for your continued support and for contributing to our fundraising events," the choir announced. "Through your generosity, we were able to contribute to support a family with their child to attend Barretstown Ireland and to support a family travelling to Lourdes this year.
"Soulsong Gospel Community Choir would like to take the opportunity to wish all in our community a Happy New Year 2025," the choir added.
The choir said that it is their aim to "bring joy to our communities" and to "lift their spirits and have them sing". The choir is searching for new members as well as musicians.
"We would welcome new members and musicians. All ages are welcome, we all have a song!"
