Residents of Riverstown area of Tramore in County Waterford are being invited to a very special evening of community spirit and celebration this week.
The annual blessing of the Riverstown Estate, homes and community, will take place on Thursday at 7pm.
The event, organised by the Legion of Mary on behalf of Fr. Richard O’Halloran PP, Fr. Thadeusz and Fr. Mark O’Farrell, will be held on the green beside the Londis shop and it promises to be a heartfelt gathering for all ages.
In addition to blessings for homes and the wider community, a special blessing for children and animals will also be offered. This is a cherished highlight of the occasion that draws families and neighbours together in faith and friendship.
Light refreshments and live music will be provided, adding a festive touch to the evening. All are very welcome to attend and join this meaningful community tradition.
