Man pleads guilty to stealing e-scooter from vicinity of Waterford shop

Judge Paula Murphy requested that the victim of the crime submit an impact statement.

Callum Aldridge, of 49 Ard Cluain, Gracedieu, Waterford, pleaded guilty last week to the theft of an e-scooter in the vicinity of Hennessy's Centra on Merchants Quay, Waterford city.

The 25-year-old was identified via CCTV on September 22, 2025.

He made full admissions to Gardaí.

Before the matter progress further through the court, Judge Paula Murphy requested that the victim of the crime submit an impact statement.

Aldridge was remanded on continuing bail until March 3.
