Lorry breakdown causes major traffic disruption
Road users are advised that due to a lorry breakdown at the Clock Tower on the Quay, there has been major traffic delays in Waterford City and Ferrybank.
Motorists are advised to use alternative routes and avoid The Quay area.
Gardaí are currently at the scene.
