Largescale housing development approved in Waterford City

Conditional planning permission has been granted for the construction 23 residential units in Kilbarry, Waterford.

The development consists of 10 two-storey end-terrace, two-bedroom houses and 11 two-storey, mid terrace, two-bedroom houses.

Also approved is the construction of 2 two-storey semi-detached, two bedroom houses.

Bin store units for the mid terrace houses, car and bicycle parking, drainage and water connections and access from the existing Carrigea Crescent estate road were approved.

Newpark Properties LTD submitted the application in July of last year. Waterford City & County Council approved the plans earlier this month subject to 22 conditions.
