Manor Street Community Youth Project of Waterford and South Tipperary Community Youth Service marked a vibrant youth night recently with an open event that attracted a large crowd to the centre in Waterford City.
Waterford News & Star photographer, Joe Evans was there to capture images of those in attendance.
