In Photos: Down Syndrome Christmas Party at the Tower Hotel

A number of events took place recently throughout the Déíse county including the Down Syndrome Christmas Party and Waterford News & Star photographer, Joe Evans was in attendance at the event in the Tower Hotel, to capture images of those present.
