Gardai investigate fire in Tramore

Gardaí are investigating a fire that took place near a Lidl shop in Tramore.
The incident took place on Halloween night, Thursday October 31.
Gardaí were contacted for comment and released the following statement: "Gardaí and Fire Services responded to reports of a fire at a storage unit in a car park on Summerhill, Tramore, shortly before 10 PM on Thursday, October 31st, 2024.
"The fire was extinguished and those present were dispersed. Fortunately, no one was injured.
"The incident is being investigated as a case of criminal damage and inquiries are ongoing."
