Do you recognise this 'striking' avocado coloured toilet?
The toilet, described as “retro avocado”, was one of a number of items illegally dumped at the Benvoy Beach carpark.
Waterford City and County Council is asking the public for assistance in identifying the owner of a “striking avocado bathroom suite.”
The toilet, described as “retro avocado”, was one of a number of items illegally dumped at the Benvoy Beach carpark on the Copper Coast.
In a post on social media, Waterford City and County Council are seeking information which may assist them in its investigation.
“This beautiful scenic area has once again been spoiled by illegal dumping, and we're asking for your help.
“Do you recognise this striking avocado bathroom suite?

“Have you seen anyone in the area who may have been acting suspiciously, in possession of a retro-avocado bathroom suite? Even the smallest piece of information could help identify those involved, wrote the council.
If you have any information on this not-so-bog-standard bathroom utility, you can make a report to the council’s Environment department by calling 0818 10 20 20 or emailing contact@waterfordcouncil.ie.
The council say all information will be treated in confidence.
“Let's work together to protect our countryside and keep these special places clean for everyone to enjoy,” said WCCC.
