Christmas celebrations at Mount Congreve

At Mount Congreve Gardens, Christmas will be celebrated with twinkling lights, festive workshops, and seasonal experiences.
The festivities begin on Saturday, November 22 at 2pm, when Santa Claus will officially switch on the Christmas lights.
Mount Congreve will then be hosting a series of festive workshops.
Guests can enjoy candle-making with Emma Hyland of MuMe, and a Christmas calligraphy workshop led by Sarah O’Dea.
Families can also have a meet-and-greet with Santa Claus from November 28 to December 23.
Tickets for the Santa Experience are limited, and early booking is recommended to avoid disappointment.
Visitors can enjoy festive dining in the Stables Café, browse unique gifts in the Foxford shop, and take in the sights and scents of the gardens dressed in their winter finery.
Mount Congreve Gardens will be open from December 1 to 24 (closing at 2 pm on Christmas Eve), reopening from December 27 to 31 and again from January 2 to 4.
The gardens will then take a short winter pause, reopening for the 2026 season on January 30.
For those who wish to linger a little longer, Mount Congreve offers a selection of lodges, courtyard suites, and forest eco-cabins.
Family Christmas packages include two nights in a forest eco-cabin, complete with a Christmas tree and a hamper of local treats, while couples can opt for a romantic stay in a Gate Lodge or Courtyard Suite, with prosecco and handmade chocolates on arrival.
