Bridge installation paused due to weather

The first two sections of the new bridge as part of the Waterford North Quays project have been successfully lifted into place.
Waterford City and County have confirmed that there will now be a pause before the last two sections are lifted into place awaiting favourable weather conditions.
"Health and safety is the highest priority for all those working on this project" a spokesperson said.
