44 new homes planned in Dunhill

44 houses are being planned on the western outskirts of Dunhill village.

Planning application was submitted last week by Kent Homes Ltd, who intend to provide a mix of units at the site.

Proposed is the construction of 5 two-bed two-storey dwellings and 6 two-bed single-storey dwellings.

Also planned is 17 three-bed two-storey dwellings and 16 four-bed two-storey dwellings.

Car parking, landscaping works and footpath links to Dunhill village are additionally included in the submitted plans.

The proposal also includes several open green spaces.

Decision on the application is expected from the local authority by December 12.
