27 homes planned in Waterford village
The development will consist of the construction of 27 houses and own-door apartments.
A planning application was submitted last week for a housing development in Tallow.
The development will consist of the construction of 27 houses and own-door apartments.
Included in the planning documents is provision for 2 two-bedroom houses, 5 one-bedroom houses, 12 three-bedroom houses and 8 two-bedroom own-door apartments contained in two buildings.
In total, 10 buildings will be provided on site ranging from single-storey to two storeys in height.
Tallow National School is immediately south of the site, as is Aidan Walsh & Sons funeral home.
A decision is expected from the Waterford City and County Council's planning department by January 21, 2026.
