A planning application has been submitted for a total of 12 new homes at Kilminnin South, in Ballinroad. The development will comprise of six three-bed houses, five, four-bed houses and one five-bed community dwelling.

Building new playgrounds, as well as expanding existing ones was the topic of discussion at the recent meeting of Waterford councillors.
