Construction of 12 homes planned in County Waterford
A planning application has been submitted for a total of 12 new homes at Kilminnin South, in Ballinroad.
The development will comprise of six three-bed houses, five, four-bed houses and one five-bed community dwelling.
The project will include a new vehicular and pedestrian connection to the existing Cúl na Cille estate, along with a new pedestrian entrance along southern boundary to R675.
An existing water pumping station will be decommissioned and demolished if permission is granted for the development.
A decision on the application is expected on or before November 5, 2024.
